First-party cookies: these are cookies sent to the user’s computer terminal from a computer or domain managed by the editor of the website itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.

Session cookies: this type of cookie is designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a webpage. They are generally used to store information that is only needed to provide the service requested by the user on a single occasion.

 

Persistent cookies: these are a type of cookie in which the information remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed by those responsible for the cookie for a defined period of time that may range from a few minutes to several years.


Technical cookies: these enable users to browse a website, platform or application and to make use of the different options or services it offers. They can monitor traffic and the communication of data, identify the browser session, enable access to restricted areas, remember items in an order, help complete an order or register for events, enable security features while browsing, store content for streaming videos or audio, and share content via social media.


Customisation cookies: these allow certain general features to be preset based on settings on the user's device, including the language, the browser used, the regional settings where the service is being accessed from, etc.

Analytical cookies: these enable the website that sends them to track, record and analyse the behaviour of the users of the website the cookies are attached to. The information gathered by this kind of cookies is used to measure the activity of websites, applications or platforms and to create navigation profiles of the users of these sites, applications and platforms in order to improve their service once the collected data has been analysed.
